Privacy Policy

Flower Fresh Cleaners respects the privacy of our customers. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and when we share it with service providers that help us operate, measure, and advertise our business.
Information we collect
We may collect information that customers provide directly to us in the store, by phone, through our drop box, or through other direct interactions. This may include a name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, garment or service instructions, order history, transaction information, and customer service communications.
When someone visits our website, Vercel provides hosting and privacy-focused Web Analytics. This may collect limited technical information such as pages viewed, referring page, browser and device type, and approximate region. Our Vercel Web Analytics setup does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, heatmaps, session replay, or customer profiling.
If a visitor chooses to use the website chat feature, the visitor's messages are processed through Google Dialogflow so the feature can respond. Visitors should not enter payment-card information or other sensitive information in the website chat.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- create, process, complete, and maintain customer orders;
- contact customers about orders, pickups, payments, or service questions;
- provide customer support and maintain business records;
- protect our customers, business, website, and systems;
- understand and improve our services and website; and
- measure advertising and reach customers with relevant business information.
Service providers and advertising partners
We may disclose information to companies that perform services on our behalf, including point-of-sale and customer management providers, payment processors, website hosting providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. These providers may process information only for the services we ask them to perform and subject to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.
We use Google services for the optional website chat and may use Google Ads for advertising outside the website. This website does not currently use Google Analytics. We may use Google Customer Match to help distinguish or reach customers on Google services. Before customer contact information is uploaded for this purpose, identifiers such as eligible telephone numbers, email addresses, and names may be normalized and transformed with SHA-256 one-way hashing. Google compares the hashed identifiers with similarly protected Google account data to create an audience. We do not upload garment details, payment card information, notes, or order amounts to Customer Match.

No sale of personal information
Flower Fresh Cleaners does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers and advertising platforms for the operational, analytics, measurement, and advertising purposes described in this policy.
Your choices
You may contact us to request correction or deletion of customer information, or to ask us not to use your customer information for Customer Match or personalized advertising. We may retain information when reasonably needed to complete orders, maintain transaction and tax records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Google users can also manage personalized advertising through My Ad Center.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, business records, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use information from children under 13 for Customer Match.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
